Should We Work Together?

We are not the right fit for everyone

And that is by design. We would rather be upfront about who we work best with than waste your time or ours. Here is how to know if we are the right team for your project.

Why our clients choose us

Our clients aren’t looking for the cheapest bid. They’re looking for the contractor who will do the job right, communicate clearly, and actually deliver what was promised.

They’ve often been through a bad experience before, or they’ve heard enough horror stories to know that the lowest price usually comes with the highest risk. They want a defined process, transparent pricing, and someone who takes ownership of the project from start to finish.

  • Ownership from start to finish

What you can expect from us

A clear written scope

A site visit and written scope establish what is included before construction begins, so there are no assumptions about the work.

Straight answers

We discuss your priorities, budget, and timeline honestly — including when we are not the right team for the job.

A defined process

Planning, permits, and construction follow a clear sequence, and you always know what comes next.

Quality-focused work

Craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and hands-on project management are central to how we build.

Our Wheelhouse

These are the projects we plan, permit, and build from start to finish.

Cabinet and countertop replacement, layout changes, and flooring replacement. Projects start at $35,000.

  • Bathroom remodels

Guest and primary bathroom renovations tailored to your home. Projects start at $15,000.

  • ADU construction

Detached and attached ADUs, garage conversions, and planning for your property. Attached ADUs start at $150,000 and detached ADUs start at $200,000.

  • New construction

Custom home projects with a scope and estimate based on your site and plans.

Not Our Forte

Being clear about what we don’t do is part of being easy to work with. If your project falls into one of these categories, we will say so early.

  • Small repairs and handyman work

Our process is built for full remodeling projects. A handyman service will be faster and more cost-effective for minor fixes.

  • Exterior-only work

Roofing, siding, and similar exterior-only projects are outside our focus. We're glad to point you toward a trusted specialist.

  • Commercial projects

We work with residential homeowners. Commercial construction is a different discipline with different requirements.

  • Lowest-bid shopping

If price is the only factor, we may not be the right match. We compete on quality, planning, and follow-through.

Starting prices to help you plan

We believe in being upfront about costs so you can decide if we are in the right range before scheduling a consultation. These are starting points, not fixed quotes — final pricing is confirmed after a site visit and written scope.

How it works

  1. 1

    Consultation & site visit

We discuss your goals, visit the property, and talk through the scope and budget. If the budget and timeframes align, we move to the next step.

  2. 2

    Written scope & estimate

Using our detailed measurements and experience, we create a written scope of work with pricing so you know what to expect. We also add allowances for material selections based on your design aesthetic.

  3. 3

    Design & planning

Once the contract is signed, we work closely with you to design a personalized layout—with materials and finishes curated specifically for your home and how you live.

  4. 4

    Procurement & preparation

Material selections trigger procurement, which drives our construction schedule. We want to make sure we have the most or all finish materials onsite or enroute before construction begins.

  5. 5

    Construction

Our team brings the plans to life with craftsmanship, project management, and clear communication. We perform daily cleanup of the jobsite and provide photographic reports of our progress.

  6. 6

    Milestone & final walkthroughs

We walk the project with you at the end of each milestone to provide a detailed status update and review the completed work. We also perform a thorough walkthrough at the end of major construction to identify any "punch" items and smoothly return your home back over to you.
